In February, the college began upgrading its PeopleSoft system from 8.0 to 9.0 with completion slated for October.

Communications Plan

The key to the success of this upgrade also depends on how well we are communicating with the college community. Our communication plan is threefold:

1. inform, educate, and motivate staff, faculty and students
2. build visibility and awareness leading to fluid successful transition
3. identify potential integration points with training and support resources

A committee will be implemented to assist in executing this plan and promoting the new system and its features.
