Preventing Sexual Harassment is a comprehensive web based training program on sexual harassment prevention for the workforce. It covers all aspects of the topic in an interactive instructional design that allows for self-paced learning geared to the employees particular work group. The course is extensively customized with CLC policies and procedures and instructions to employees and includes a randomly selected Mastery Test at the conclusion of the training. The Mastery Test is scored and results reported to Human Resources for documentation of employee participation and completion.
